Individuals who apply for membership must
1.Adhere to the statutes.
2.Be recommended by other members or apply as youth members.
3.Engage in animation-involved works no less than 3 years; Produce or guide at least one animation.
4.Pay the membership fee regularly (600 yuan per three years).
5.Have good moral character, commensurate talents and be able to conduct academic research and work independently in the animation industry.
