由于日本每年都会推出大量动漫作品，因此作品当中自然有无数的角色来到了我们面前，这也就顺理成章地让粉丝们产生了要比比人气的想法

  图为山田太郎挥棒击球的铜像遭少女“调戏”   据日本J-CAST新闻网3月31报道，日本人气棒球类漫画《大饭桶》原著水岛新司近日向新潟市商店街提出申请，要求其撤去在马路旁设置的漫画主人公山田太郎等人的铜像。对此，水岛新司并没有说明缘由，而这也引发了日本网民针对此事的各种猜测。   据悉，该铜像向人们呈现了山田太郎豪爽地挥舞球棒的英姿。不过，最近，山田太郎的铜像遭到部分日本年轻女性“调戏”，击打的不再是棒球，而是她们的屁股。并且，多名网友上传了“被体罚”的照片，逐渐成为网络上的热门话题。   据报道，2002年，新潟市为发展该商店街，安放了7个人物铜像，均来自于水岛的漫画。因水岛新司出生在该市，承蒙厚意，新潟市得以无偿使用其著作权。   可是，2015年以来，水岛欲修改著作权协议，向商店街提出了撤除铜像的申请。而关于水岛为何采取这一行动，曾有报道称，其事务所认为新潟市商店街的做法与作者意愿不符，并且管理疏忽，擅自允许市民将自行车倚靠在铜像旁等。不过，确实曾多次修复受市民的不当行为影响产生的裂痕。   居住在新潟市的摄影师对“大饭桶铜像——体罚少女”一事非常关心，并将这些年轻女性的图片拍下，命名为“击打少女”，上传至网络。3月上旬，也曾有新闻报道此事。鉴于此，有网友猜测是否受其影响水岛事务所发出了撤出申请呢。不过，目前仍然无法获知事情真相。   J-Cast网站记者曾多次拨打水岛制作公司的电话，欲请求对方接受采访，但未果。在位于新潟市的古城，也设置了该铜像。该城市相关人员在接受记者采访时表示，目前正在与对方进行商议，望今后能继续安放铜像，但尚未得出结论。   位于神奈川县大和市的市体育场，同样摆有“大饭桶青铜像”。但是与新潟市不同的是，该市体育部门表示并未收到过来自事务所的任何通知。   据悉，新潟市旅游观光巴士以及动漫漫画信息馆等部门也曾收到来自水岛事务所的通知，称4月起将不会更新双方签订的角色使用协议。而据《新潟日报》报道，新潟市每年都支付给水岛事务所100万日元(约合人民币51650元)作为著作权使用费。   而在水岛同新潟市、县之间，有报道指出，尽管水岛知道县立棒球场使用“大饭桶”命名一事，但相关部门却出售了命名权。这一事件极有可能加深了水岛对行政的不信任，并间接导致他辞去新潟漫画大赏最终审查委员一职。  对此，水岛表示由于出于对身体状况的考虑，以及今后想专心于漫画连载，所以决定辞去审查委员一职，此事与对行政的不信任不存在任何关系。   虽说如此，但想必水岛对此次新潟市采取的应对措施多少会有些不满。当J-Cast网站记者采访新潟市文化政策部门时，相关人员回答到：“棒球场问题已得到解决，与此事并无关系，我们同水岛先生的关系也并没有恶化。”   水岛方面于3月上旬回答记者问题时，尽管未表明真正原因，但水岛事务所称，提出撤除申请是为缩小著作权的管理业务范围以及日后专心于漫画制作而考虑。关于旅游观光巴士以及动漫漫画信息馆，双方均表示将商讨使用其他漫画人物。不过相关人员也表示，水岛新司作为新潟市的代表性人物，无法使用其作品感到非常遗憾，并希望日后推广漫画动漫街时能够再次拜托水岛。
